2019-2020 AGM
The SHC AGM for the 2019/2020 season will be held on Monday, May 6th, 2019 at 7:00pm at the Morinville Community Cultural Centre.
The following positions are up for election for the Executive and Hockey Operations Committee for the 2019-2020 season:
Executive Positions (2 year term)
Vice-President
Registrar
Secretary
Director of Hockey Operations
Director of Ways and Means
Directors Positions (1 year term)
Coaches Director
Tournaments Director
Communications Director
Equipment Director
Ice Scheduler
Hockey Operations Committee (1 year term)
Initiation Director
Novice Director
Atom Director
PeeWee Director
Bantam Director
Midget Director
All current members of the Executive and Hockey Operations Committee may seek re-election if desired. When a member in good standing wishes to seek appointment to the Executive or the Hockey Operations Committee, they must submit their intention in writing to the current Executive Committee of SHC 10 days prior to the AGM (as per our bylaw). If no nominations are received, the current Executive Committee will seek nominations at the AGM. If no nominations are put forward at the AGM, the current members of the Executive or Hockey Operations Committee may continue in their role if desired. Nominations will close at 9:00pm on April 26th, 2019. To nominate a member in good standing for one of the positions up for election, please email president@sturgeonhockeyclub.com.
The 2019-2020 AGM package will be posted online prior to the AGM. You will need to bring your package with you to the meeting if you wish to have one. Packages will NOT be available at the meeting.
