New Director!
Please welcome our new Communications Director, Amber Gagnon! Amber has over 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, media relations, community relations, event planning, sponsorship, volunteer coordination and website management. Since obtaining her Public Relations Diploma from Grant MacEwan University in 2002, she has worked for various organizations and charities including the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club. Amber enjoys watching her boys play hockey and the game is a very large part of her life. She is eager to get involved with SHC and we are so happy to have her join the team.
Amber's role will evolve over time, but she will immediately help SHC with website and social media content as well as general communications with the membership. If you see her at the rink, please say hello. Amber's experience and energy will be a great help to SHC and area hockey families!
