AGM Information The AGM for the 2018/2019Season will be held on Wednesday May 9th, 2018 at 7:00pm at the Morinville Culture Centre. The below positions are up for election for the Executive and Hockey Operations Committees for the 2018-2019 season: Executive Positions: President 2yr term, Treasurer 2yr Term, Director of Leagues 2yr Term, & Director of Game & Conduct 2yr Term Hockey Operations Committee - all positions for a 1 yr Term Nominations will close 9:00 pm April 19th, 2018. To nominate a member in good standing for one of the positions up for election please email president@sturgeonhockeyclub.com A current member of the Executive Committee & Hockey Operations Committee may seek re-election if desired. When a member in good standing wishes to seek appointment to the Executive Committee or the Hockey Operations Committee they must 21 days prior to the AGM submit their intention in writing to the current Executive Committee of SHC 21 day prior to the AGM bylaw. If no nominations are received the current Executive Committee will seek nominations at the AGM. If no nominations have been put forward the current Executive Committee or Hockey Operations committee may continue in the role if desired. The 2018-2019 AGM package will be posted online prior to the AGM, you will need to bring your package with you to the meeting if you wish to have one. Packages will NOT be available at the meeting.
