Any parent / volunteer member of Sturgeon Hockey Club, who is in good standing, can be nominated for a vacant executive Committee position.
The following are the current SHC Executive Committee and Hockey Operations Committee positions that are available for election or re-election:

- Director of Ways and Means (1 year - current incumbent is stepping down)
Hockey Operations Committee (One Year Term)
- Communications Director (non-voting, honorarium)
- Coaches Director
- Equipment Director
- Referee in Chief
- Referee Assignor (non-voting, honorarium)
- Director at Large
- Ice Scheduler (non-voting, honorarium)
